The TIM640 is regarded as one of the smallest VGA-resolution thermal imaging camera in the world. It provides real-time thermal images with optical resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The design of TIM640 extremely lightweight, robust and compact for measurements in versatile industrial applications. The TIM640 is also available with microscopic lens for measurement of miniature objects such as in PCB assembly.
