FPTI MF550 | Hydrostatic Transmission Training Simulator

The MF550 hydrostatic transmission training system features a Sauer Danfoss M46 heavy-duty pump with a high torque/ low speed hydraulic motor. It is equipped with electrically controlled joystick to offer realistic training environment for technicians learning the troubleshooting and maintenance procedure of hydrostatic transmission system.

This is a hands-on training system equipped with unparalleled safety features, such as non-invasive pressure test points, no rotating objects, emergency stoppage, guaded moving couplings and zero-leak valves.

The MF550 also features 24-inch touchscreen panel PC with built-in software, which include various learning activities and troubleshooting procedures. Instructors can use this feature to auto-generate every possible faults in hydrostatic transmission system.
