Bestech Australia offers a full-day strain gauge training course for engineers and technicians. Delivered by experienced strain gauge practitioners, you will learn the correct technique to install strain gauges to achieve accurate measurements. Our strain gauge workshop includes theoretical and practical learning in the following:

• Strain gauge selection for your applications
• Basic of Wheatstone bridge (1/4 Bridge, ½ Bridge, Full Bridge)
• Soldering lead wire connections
• Compensation for temperature effect and other types of disturbances
• Surface Preparation
• Selecting strain gauge adhesives
• Applying protective coatings to protect the strain gauge
• Introduction to Data Acquisition and Data Reduction

Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop.
