It can also measure a wide array of frequency range from 0.25 to 75kHz without compromising performance.

The optoNCDT5500 offers an exceptionally precise measurement, with linearity from 1.5 µm and a reproducibility of less than 0.0015%. It can also  withstand operation even in the harshest industrial environments and interact with multiple industrial protocols such as RS422 and Ethernet.

Innovative Features for Advanced Applications

This advanced laser sensor is equipped with Advanced Surface Compensation, which utilizes innovative algorithms for rapid exposure time adjustments. This feature guarantees stable and accurate measurement results on surfaces with varying reflectivity. Furthermore, the sensor’s can withstand ambient light of up to 50,000 lux and enable it to operate reliably in brightly illuminated environments.

Compact and Adaptable Design

With its compact design, the optoNCDT 5500 can be installed in tight installation spaces and is ideal for measurement where space is restricted. An adapter plate from optoNCDT2300 can also be used, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems while delivering enhanced functionality.
