4462 High Precision Calibration Source For voltage, current and thermocouples

The 4462 is designed to be used either as a standalone table-top device, or in automatic, computer assisted manufacturing and testing systems. It allows to set currents from ± 200 nA to ± 52 mA, voltages of ±1μV to ± 30 V and, optionally temperature set point values of 14 thermocouple types. Thermovoltage sourcing can be entered by °C, °F and K, the temperature scales ITS 90 or IPTS 68. Furthermore, when sourcing thermocouples a calibrated external comparison point can be used, whereby the data for calibration in the device can be taken into consideration. The device can be operated both via the keyboard as well as the interface.
