7F Double Inverted Magnetron Cold Cathode Sensor

7F double inverted magnetron cold cathode sensor indirectly measures absolute pressure by ionizing gas in the presence of a magnetic field. This compact cold cathode sensor is resistant to the inrush of gases and its design enables for high bakeout temperatures of up to 400° C and an extended range of measurement. It is a compact sensor available in stainless steel and ceramic with the benefit of interchangeability with 7E, 7FC and &FCS. 7F double inverted magnetron cold cathode sensor offers minimal stray magnetic field. The sensor is compatible with several Televac® controllers to provide a full range vacuum measurement solution.
