The Meggitt 6235M1 piezoelectric accelerometer is designed to operate in very high temperatures and in wet and dusty environments as well as areas where high radiation is present. It can resist accumulated radiation of 10^10 rad and up to 10^18 thermal neutrons/cm2. The accelerometer features Meggittt’s compression element in order to provide a balanced output, excellent temperature stability and wide operational bandwidth. It comes with a Kevlar covered, double shielded hard-line cable with a three socket receptacle and requires no power.
