VIBROGRAPHY (FFT)

This module that allows the user to analyze data in the frequency domain aiming at Vibro-diagnostic measurements expands the possibilities of using high-speed cameras or a video-stroboscopic effect to examine natural frequencies and operational deflection shapes of the tested parts or structures. The module contains evaluation functions such as an FFT analysis and octave analysis. Results are displayed in the form of an Amplitude and Phase graph, Power/Energy Spectral Density graph, Campbell diagram and values such as Minimum, Maximum, Peak, Peak to Peak, Effective value, or Crest Factor. Typical use is the measurement and visualisation of modal and operational deflection shapes.

FORMSYS:

A standalone software module to perform the Forming Limit Curve (FLC) analysis on assesses sheet material formability obtained from Forming Limit Diagram (FLD), in which the results from Nakajima or Marciniak test are plotted. The FLC/FLD analysis can only be performed in stereo mode. Applicable standard: ISO 12 004 – Determination of Forming Limit Curves. Typical use is for determining the failure limits of sheet metal during forming.

CRACK:

This feature in the software that allows the user to measure the crack propagation and is applicable on composites (Double Cantilever Beam), steel (e.g., Compact Tension specimen) or concrete. The Crack probes used to evaluate crack length measurement work only in a mono mode without stitching. The crack probe uses a strain measurement on the surface of the specimen for its evaluation; therefore, a full-field area is also necessary. The implemented evaluation runs according to: ASTM E 647, ASTM 3762, ASTM D5528

THERMOELASTIC STRESS ANALYSIS:

This module helps you to study the in-plane surface stress analysis of a material or a component by capturing the Surface temperature change induced by time-varying stress/strain distribution using infrared camera detectors with Online recording and image data acquisition and data processing functionality.
