MP7ER Cold Cathode Ionization Active Vacuum Gauge incorporates a cleanable and easily replaceable 7E double inverted magnetron cold cathode. It offers a configurable analogue output and includes a bright LED display and programmable set point. MP7ER is well suited for applications such as heat treating & vacuum furnaces, thin-film deposition & coating processes, cryogenics & industrial gasses, semiconductors etc. This low-cost gauge has a rapid turnaround for calibration and service. This active vacuum gauge is available in stainless steel, ceramic and fluorocarbon elastomer materials with a varied selection range of fittings to meet the requirements of your vacuum system. The MP7ER convention vacuum gauge is IP40 compliant and can be operated by several Televac® active gauges to provide a full measurement range.
