Process Controls Trainers

The process control trainers are designed to provide the students with the experience of setting up, tuning, operating, and troubleshooting actual instrument and control systems as the way they are used in the power and process industries. They allow the simulation of various process loops to train the students in measuring and transducing such physical variables as pressure, flow, level and pH.
The trainers effectively cover various types of closed-loop control: on/off, proportional, proportional plus integral, and proportional plus integral plus derivative, and a variety of final control devices, including electric, pneumatic and electronic.
